Agreement
Purchasing from this auction means you have read and agree to the following:
- If an item is won at auction and more items from the Nursery List are added to the order, the whole order will be subject, where different, to the terms and conditions provided for the Nursery list.
- Online payment with a credit card means you can consider your order processed, but the card will NOT be charged until time of shipping. Paypal payments are considered processed as soon as payment is received, and check/money orders & e-checks are considered processed upon cleared payment.
- If Paypal payments or any form of mailed payment are not received within 5 business days of the order, your bid will be canceled.
- Understand that, by default, Bulbmeister.COM only ships to locations in the U.S.; international export is not possible. Additionally, we are unable to ship to California at this time.
Bulbmeister.COM guarantees the bulbs to be as described and in excellent condition. All auction items are either grown in the Bulbmeister.COM nursery bed or greenhouse, unless stated otherwise explicitly in the auction description. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) postmarked within 7 business days of receipt, then you will be refunded return shipping charges (USPS PRIORITY ONLY with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION) plus cost of the product(s), excluding original shipping charges.
Shipping Method and Fees
Bulbmeister.COM uses, exclusively, USPS 2-3 Day Priority with Delivery Confirmation to assure you receive your bulbs in the best condition possible. Minimum shipping & handling fee is $7.95, 25% < $50, 20% < $100, 15% < $250, 10% < $500, and 5% for orders of $500 or more. This order CAN BE combined with the nursery list, subject to it's terms where different.
